We are delighted to be tenants of Longcroft House. Whilst our organisation is small in terms of employees it has a large international membership of senior business executives. One of our key considerations during our office move was to find outstanding customer service, suitable facilities and great IT infrastructure within the budget of a not for profit organisation. We have not been disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble for the Longcroft House team and everything is always greeted with a smile from the last minute request for several hundred pages of printing to changes to meeting times. In 2012 our printer broke on the day of a House of Lords reception for 200 people, the team then used all available printers and photocopiers to make sure our printing of several hundred pages and complicated nametags was completed.

Business continuity has been more than excellent since our move, any problems with external suppliers are dealt with incredibly efficiently and communication from the team is excellent. Severance of telecoms cables by BT recently left much of Bishopsgate with no internet or phone communication, the team at Longcroft House took the trouble to speak to each office separately with the latest information on progress.

In short, our experience has been first class and some of the larger serviced office groups could learn some valuable lessons. Friday donuts, cakes or fruit are lovely touches and the well attended office barbeques are a fantastic idea providing a great way to meet other people in the building and offer the opportunity to meet the building's owners.


The service and support offered here is the best I have experienced. All the staff are very dedicated to all the tenants and are very professional at all times.

The BBQ that they hold for the tenants is a nice touch and the referral scheme is also very positive.

On this basis I would not hesitate to vote for the Longcroft House team.

We have had a lengthily and enjoyable tenure at Longcroft House, and we have found the staff to be extremely accommodating and flexible regards all our on going requirements. We find the centre extremely friendly and individuals go the extra mile to facilitate our needs.

Longcroft often go above and beyond the call of service, which makes all the little thing they do a pleasurable experience. They are courteous and punctual and are always on hand.

To give you some examples, we have had some IT issues recently and without having a service provider, Longcroft took it upon themselves to assist with our issues personally showing a huge amount of diverse knowledge and commitment to customer service.

We can often relate on a personal and humorous level with the staff as well, which I think is why we have stayed here so long.

The best thing by far which make this centre stand out is that all three full time members of staff are amazing (Hana, Cliff and Chloe) always willing to help and I'm always greeted with a smile when I arrive. Very often the staff to above and beyond to help their tenants, for example... I needed to convert 240 merged word documents into individual PDF's and they helped me google search the web for easy ways to do it-most people would just say they didn't know and would be on their way. Another example is when a new tenant is moving into the offices beside you, we are always introduced by a member of staff which adds value to our network and forms the unique friendly atmosphere the building has.

Outstanding service from Hana King, Cliff Solomons, Nina Amar and Chloe Ross in terms of friendliness, professionalism and dealing with clients and call handling. I am not in the office much and calls are put through to me wherever I am Often Abroad. They put calls through to me, take messages and email them to me, and handle sales calls on my behalf. We have received positive feedback from clients in relation to call answering.

Prior to Longcroft House we had the experience of two other serviced offices group and we currently have a Regus Serviced office in Eastern Europe. None have come close the professionalism of the Longcroft House team and the intelligence they demonstrate in their work.

Everything works well on a consistent basis and the staff will go the extra mile to ensure that the highest level of service is provided. The staff are extremely pleasant and user friendly and appear genuinely interested in ensuring that the businesses in their centre are able to do their business.

When we moved in, everything was ready and IT connection was seamless (which is unusual) and there was a very knowledgeable person on standby to help us with everything that we needed.

In the time we have been at Longcroft House the management team has always accommodated our needs including finding a location for our large printer/plotter in their communications room at no additional cost and keeping the machine full of paper when we forgot to do so. They have been flexible with our license term and genuinely make us feel important to them even though we are only a small company occupying a two person office. One of our new starters was having a problem with our own printer based in our office, not the responsibility of the Centre, but the office manager was very happy to come to the office and get the printer started for her.

They provide networking opportunities to meet other occupiers of the building and most recently hosted a fantastic barbecue, free of charge, for all the office users. This was going out of their way to create a sense of community in the building and very much appreciated by all who attended.
